I'm deciding to look past all the negativity and give envoy a shot . Company has a lot of potential. Question is what will they do with it .

As politely as possible, you're pretty thick if you can read through this thread and feel good about going to envoy. Maybe you'll fit in great there.

Just know there are several other airlines that are much better options right now.

While that is true , I still believe envoy will turn around and will be able to attract new hires once they raise their pay, which rumor has it will be the highest .

You don't work for the airline, or in the industry yet, and you're making a decision on rumors you've heard and no one actually there has? You need to take a few more months before you join the airlines....
