ORD Commuter Parking

Subscribe
The only thread I could find on this topic is several years old so I'm looking for some current information.

I'm moving to Chicago (NW suburbs to no CTA line) and will be commuting from there to Philly. Since I'm not based in ORD I can't get an employee parking pass. Just wondering what parking is available. I'm hoping to find someone that offers a pay by the month parking lot. All I've found so far are pay by the day lots.

Any help would be great!

It's pretty bad bro most places are up to $9+ a day. Preflight parking will give you a discount if you prepay online or on the app my rate was 7.76 doing that the other day.

try www.onestopparking.com

used it many times.

they offer discount codes on their Facebook site, from time to time.

also you can give them your e-mail address and they will send you codes.

generally save money for stays over 3 days.

Flight1339,

Taking your photo into perspective, are you an ex-Piedmonster??? Have you been hired by AA mainline?? If you are, you have the ability, commuter or not to park in the AA employee lot on the North side of the airfield. Great bonus for those that live in the suburbs...especially the northern ones. I too am a LUS pilot who commutes from ORD to PHL. If this is your case, PM me and I will give you the info of the person to get in touch with on how you obtain an ORD SIDA badge/Parking Pass...also allows you some perks that I'll discuss in a PM.

Unfortunately I'm still at Piedmont but I should flow in just over a year. Good to know I can get a pass then, even if I'm not ORD based. I just need to find something until I flow.

In that case, you can get into the AMC lot, which is a lot on the south side of the airport...but I don't know who to get in touch with for setting that up... I would think Lyle Hogg might know a little bit about off base parking...but doubt Chief Run Aground wont let you talk to him. I do know Envoy pilots park in the AA lot as well...so let me call our contact here at ORD and see if commuting PDT pilots can park in the lot as well since you all wholly owned.
