I would look into checked and set. They'll add a bunch of pages to your application.

That doesn’t mean they’re good...

I would say the fact that the owner Charlie Venema was the chief of Pilot hiring for UAL for some time means he at least knows a thing or two about what an airline is looking for in an application.

I had Charlie look over mine and can say it was well worth the money. He took a solid application and made it into a seamless masterpiece. He’s got tons of little tweaks to make your application score better and your interview go more smoothly.

For example, I had put the bases I had worked at, much like a mailing address, thinking of it like a box to fill. Charlie had me update it to include Wing and Squadron. A simple tweak, but it turned 5 minutes of interview time into BSing about old units instead of getting asked questions.

Let me re-phrase .. very thorough in their application review. They will add pages to your application regarding your background that are needed

Shannon did my application review years ago, not sure if she's still there though, but Charlie and his team are great.

Default 7 January new hire drop

After the NYC exclusive, and 737 heavy drop for 10 December, anyone know what “top men” are saying about the 7 January drop?

Most of the interview prep services out there are solid. Cage, Emerald, Centerline, Charlie's operation, etc. are all good. It boils down to who you connect with and what you value.

I went with Cage since I'm in Denver & wanted easy access to face-to-face prep. Though I've been on both sides of the interview table I hadn't interviewed in over a decade so the personal aspect was invaluable to get me firing on all cylinders. If you think your interview game needs help I highly recommend in person prep as video/face time doesn't pick on all the nuances.

I don't see any reason it will be much different from the last one.

Still approx 50 x NYC 73 spots to be filled, so I would guess the drop would still be very 737 heavy with small mix of the ER and 717
