One of the worst rotations I’ve ever operated in my career was as follows (times are local):
Day 1/2: Depart JFK 23:00, arrive LAX 02:00
Day sleep
Day 2/3: LAX 2200 - FLL 0600
Day sleep
Day 3: FLL 2000 - JFK 2200
Day 3/4: JFK 2359 - Barbados 0500
Day sleep
Day 4: Barbados 1900 - JFK 2359
I commuted back to Atlanta and then slept for almost 20 hrs straight. Not much relevance here, but one kick in the nuts worth remembering.

Also, to me, at least it’s all night flying. Some of the circadian flips I see on 4-5 day trips are ridiculous. Those hurt me worse.

That trip doesn't look like anything I've seen at Delta. But it does look like a trip a friend does on the 320 at JetBlue.

Grenada used to be a red-eye. Signed in around 00:30 and landed in GND around 7 am. Slept all day on the beach and left about 7pm that night to go back to JFK. Weird that you could always pick that trip up in open time. 🤔🤣
