Quote: Dumb question here ... How can we access pay + credit info like we used to under option 5?
HI1 (monthly) and HSS (trip). Or Pay and Activity sheets on ePays for prior months.

Trip sheet: HI3 <print enter>

HI3 is your current trip. Actually people normally ask "do you have an HI-3" on a current trip. HSS is for a different or future trip.

The HI-3 is the same as an HSS. The HSS can be used to see anyone's trip. Buddy says he's flying flight XYZ? You can look at the NS, fund the sequence number(HSS), and use the HSS entry to see what he's flying.

Hotel and transportation info is on the hotel info or HIHTL code.

Quote: What option (I guess now it's what command) do you use to print trip sheets? Do they show the hotel and transportation phone numbers?
Make sure you have a printer assigned 'PTR/ #on printer closest to you' and then...

Before you hit 'Enter,' hold down the 'Shift' key.

On many keyboards in LAA stations, the F1 key assigns the printer closest...

For Legacy US users;

I am attempting to sign up for litesabre and they need a RES password. What the heck is that? Anyone have any idea?

Called the DCA chief Pilots office and they have no idea what it is.

Leave it blank. They use to hand those out to pilots before the NRTP. It's not necessary to have it anymore so they don't give it out.

We need a translation document that basically tells us what US had before and the format under AA.

Example
  • Catcrew = MobileFOS/DECS
  • Wings = AAPilots
  • Trip sheet = HI3
  • Mail/Option 29 = webmail.aa.com
  • Option 20/27 (Reserves) = N4's, accessed via AApilots.com -> Personal & Profile -> Under Helpful links column -> Enhanced Reserve Display. Also available via APA Mobile app under Debriefs/Resources -> APA Enhanced Reserve (this is how I prefer to access it).
  • Option 2 (schedule) = mobileCCI app -> Calendar button on bottom (be sure to refresh because apparently it doesn't do it automatically by clicking the loopy arrow in top right). Also available under AApilots.com, on first page that comes up "My Flying Schedule" under where it says Welcome (your name) - XXX/FO/I etc.
  • CBS Messages = mobileCCI -> Messages button on bottom of screen. Be sure to "refresh" by clicking the loopy arrow next to "Ops Messages" on top left.
  • SAP = TTS
  • Bidsheet = TTOT
I downloaded the APA mobile app onto my company iPad as well. Nice to have there and a lot easier to use/read than my small phone. With data on you have access to all this stuff.

Bidsheet = TTOT ????

LAA has bid sheets for the non PBS bid statuses. After buds are final, and training runs, TTOT is turned on for the entire month. It allows you to drop (Green trips, uncommon) or try to trade it a different trip.

TTOT - Trip Trade with Open Time.

A couple of legs on my HI3 show a little bit of credit for "ATC". I think that's from when we used the ACARS RFD thing due to ramp congestion. Is that what that is?

The LUS bidsheet is akin to the TTOT system. Not exactly the same but similar idea. I don't know what LAA used prior to PBS, I'm referring to what LUS had and what we have now. All LUS bases use PBS and the TTOT system, where as before we used the two day bidsheet.

LUS Bid Sheet ≠ LAA Bid Sheet

It has a different meaning to LUS folks.
