Hello. I did my private, commercial, and instrument under part 61. Can I do the multi add on as a 141 student? I ask because I have military benefits.

Also. If I can do the 141 add on, anyone have any suggestions?

Yes, you can do the multi add on part 141. Each Part 141 TCO is stand-alone so it won't matter where your other licenses were done. Just hard to go from 61 to 141 within the same course/license.
