I have done research and got advice from many people. What I am more looking for in advice is how do we look for jobs that are between the VFR and IFR 135 mins. There are people in my boat that are trying to save money up to get the CFI but can't take the low pay cut. How do we search for jobs that have a part time schedule and get the flying time, while we hold the current job till we can either get the 135 IFR mins or get the CFI.

I look through the findapilot and climb350 website and most require at least 135 IFR requirements. What the best way to know who is hiring pilot at low time and offer a part time while saving money up for the CFI?

If you know of any website that are helpful in provide jobs or places in need of pilots please let me know, especially for the Northwest area.
