It seems to me if our management blocked you all because of one person's actions (namely you) you guys would reciprocate and block us all too- it only seems fair.

Our "management" is petty, but they are smart enough to respect "captains authority". Apparently, your management has taken your authority away from you in order to assist you in decision making. As far as my jumpseat I decide who rides. I don't need a letter writing pogue to assist me in maintaining decorum on my flight deck.

If a pilot group is out of control enough to verbally assault a very petit flight attendant to the point law enforcement gets involved they have no business in the cockpit. I don't care to ride a J/S for such a company either. Id rather walk.
