i have seen their ops at rdu...some of the aircraft look good, some don't...probably typical 135 freight operator...

Find something else. At Ram your nothing more than a commodity. If you won't do the job, someone else will for less money. It's bottom feeding at it's finest. Over half the company is taking pay cuts in a few weeks. But on the upside a percentage of nothing isn't much for them to cut.
