Too much to hope for I guess. Maybe when you hit up that shrink you can talk about commitment issues to go along with paranoia, internet stalking, and internet meltdowns.

Ok ok I'm done trolling crazy pants. I'll take my mandatory break now whenever a mod finally shows up and gives us both a justified slap down. I just hate letting dipsh1ts try and control threads with abuse and gifs.

Skywest should unionize

Who has scope space available? Alaska?

Not by much anymore, especially if we vote this down. Somebody has already told me that they might give the flying to XJT if this doesn't pass just to keep it with INC.

Don't be greedy. We aren't an LCC or Envoy (subsidized). If you want a raise, put your apps in.

They won't agree to anything that is going to lose money. If it'll be profitable on the xjt side, then they really are low balling you guys!

Don't be greedy? We aren't an LCC? If you want a raise, put your apps in? Listnen, If you put your apps in and get the job is not a raise, it's eventually more than double.... meaning more like a HUGE raise. Nobody is asking for major airline salaries, be real when you compare, Skywest is way far from that so be real in your coments. Not all pilots at Skywest are young kids and wet behind the ears and with some life experience one gets tired of all the bs Give the flying to XJT? lol, more bs, softlanding 2.0 is there to get the XJT in house and get around a merge. The XJT pilots will be the pilots used to crew the 100 AC expansion. XJT is closing down, don't bs pilots here saying "XJT will get it if we vote down the TA"
Answer to this instead. The company seems to have all the cash for the Softlanding 2.0 right? paying new hires with seniority from other places way over first year pay and continuing forward right? hmmm and at the same time there is no money for a real raise for the pilots already in property? makes a lot of sense right? Stop selling the bs from management and insulting our pilot group. I know that management and a few of you selling their bs think all our pilots are stupid but watch and see the result of this TA, you may have to think different after the result.

Soft landings 2.0 is still a urban myth... maybe if a YES vote happens they it will appear to staff said growth... who knows.

no myth for pilots coming over from XJT. It already started.....
landings 2.0 has nothing to do with a YES or NO vote for the TA.
For the last time please, the growth will be there with or without this TA. The company just want to lock the max profit for the next 5 years with this TA. All talk about if is is voted down there will not be any growth is bs

I thought XJT was version 1.0..... 2.0 is rumored for other airlines... And your last statement is based off your opinion. Mine after talking to reps, CP. is maybe 1/10 of what a yes vote would be... maybe...
