I'd like to do a little commercial flying (<5 hrs/month) on the side, to stay current in helicopters. Does SkyWest allow this as long as it doesn't interfere with duty/rest requirements?

Yes, as long as it isn't part 121, 135, or 91k.

Yes. I know a guy who flys a Global express on the side.. and a few flight instructors..and we have more then a few Helicopter guys. One owns a company and flys for them..
