Default Systems validation

Just curious as to how Skywest administers systems validation......the old standard of an oral or a written test? Thanks

I came here almost two years ago and the SV was a written (computer) test. You'll do an oral for knowledge validation.

Anytime! I know training made some big changes in the curriculum this past year. I hope it's still the same as far as the SV goes.

I looked at it as you can miss 34 questions and still pass. It was pretty straight forward. Most people in class missed less than 15.

Extra fun: my Surface crashed 2X during the test. I was about 1/3rd to 1/2 way through the test each time it crashed. Both times I had to get the admin to log me into the test again and retake the test from the beginning.

Welcome to the party!
