Ive jumped through all the hoops for the cadet program and got my employee ID number, but haven't heard back from them since. Do I have my seniority number or do I have to go drink the cool aide in person first?

You don’t get a pilot seniority number until day 1 of ground school.

Me neither. I was just trying to figure out why he thought he had access to travel benefits before class

I'm aware, but I'm referring to the "enhanced seniority" you get as a cadet. As in I will have seniority in my specific class over someone who isn't a cadet, even if they are older than me.

Well then flight benefits will start about a week into training. The paragraph you referred to referenced directly cadets

Seniority is by last 4 digits of SSN, not age. Lower the number, higher seniority. Cadets will go ahead of non-cadets in class

cadet date doesnt really matter in the big scope of things. just try to get your class date earlier the better. every class is 50 numbers, 100 a month
