Not exactly the entire story..
There is going to be another vote. Nothing has even been decided from this one.
Also, the reps didn’t even see the results of what the pilots wanted. Now they have so we will see what the next vote counts.. the vote that actually matters.

Not all of us. I guarantee you my vote is not to management’s advantage. I did grow up in an airline union family so maybe my perspective isn’t typical but that doesn’t mean I don’t speak my mind around my fellow new hires about these issues.

I’m open to restricting voting up until a certain time frame but after commuting to reserve for 6 months I think many would have a good perspective.

There was more to the story but the rod knew how the pilot group felt. This has been no secret and they still voted it down.
