If you really wanna keep up with it you can go on Deltanet and it will show flying in/out of all bases.
In Deltanet hit Company>View All>Network Planning>Departments>Schedule Integrity hit "Equipment by Station" and it will show the planned airplanes in that month. Right now in September OO is only scheduled to do 200 flying out of ATL.
This is also only Delta flying so idk if you guys do any other flying in ATL or not.

The question is all based on speculation. SkyWest already flies CRJ700’s (for Delta) out of ATL, to places like RST, ASE, and MLI. Looking at future schedules, you see some destinations in the future such as EYW. The current 700 flying is not done by ATL crews, but one day will they get dedicated pairings? DTW 7/900 flying was originally done by MSP and ORD crews until the base grew substantially.
