Lack of communication.
Anyone else having problems with lack of communication? Weeks away from supposed class date, but when I try to make contact, it seems like every department/entity of the company is either flooded with calls and will not answer, or just simply choose not to. Thanksgiving maybe?

I’ve worked here for 3 years and I have trouble contacting people. No one answers their phones or returns voicemails. I always have to use a SKWOL message, and then half the time they can’t answer my question so I get no response. I just contact my chief now. His Rolodex gets it done.

FWIW - the communication doesn't get any better once you're out on the line. You just learn to work within the system.
