Thanks, is there a minimum required report and/or duty off time built into respective duty day?

What?
Report time is 45 minutes prior to departure. Means you have to be inside security, 35 minutes at the airplane. Minimum rest is 10 hrs

Default Stand ups

Unless you do a standup, then min rest is 4 hrs

Negative. Rest on a standup is not "rest". Still requires 10 hours between duty periods. The nap is included in the duty period on a standup.

Correct, the "nap" is a required part of the schedule, but it's not 117 rest by any stretch.

Why is there a "nap" included in standups? These defy logic to me. I'd rather do a red eye and fly straight back.

Because they are typically shorter flights to an outstation or MX base. Nobody wants to buy a ticket to get into a hub at 2am. What you would rather do has nothing to do with operational efficiency. Good standups pay really well for minimal work. Bad ones are cringe-worthy.
