Doesn’t change the fact that LGA is closing.

They will realize when Delta publishes May-sep 2020 skeds....Don't be alarmed with December skeds. Think Compass hiccuped and coverage is needed out west for a month or 2...

It’s not industry standard. Industry standard would be cancelling your flying while pay protecting you first for your original award THEN either release you and mark you as available (able to now pick something else up and double dip) OR reschedule you to additional flying (not reserve) within the same footprint as the original awarded trip.

Looking on Delta.com for tickets I can no longer find any Skywest operated flights leaving LGA in July. I checked all of the following destinations... CHS, CAE, CLT, OMA, SYR, SAV, MKE, BNA, BHM, GSO, GRR

Looks like the flying is being handed over to Republic and Endeavor this summer. Unless I'm missing something...

No shocking.... When you look at the LGA PBS pairings, and they are doing LAX/SEA flights.

The least shocking thing I’ve ever heard. This was obvious when DL announced consolidation to 3 regionals. OO is moving back west to pickup the CP flying. OO in LGA was only ever a placeholder.

Yup. I've been saying this for over a year now and nobody believed me. LGA will be gone in 2020 for SKW.

I believe the base has to be open for 2 years before they can close it per the “contract.” Conveniently, I think we are approaching two years this month or early next month.
