Reserve Proffering
 
I’d like to get feedback on those who have used and are using the reserve proffering system. Do you like it? Is it beneficial? A FO asked me about it, but I don’t know enough about it to explain it.

It's next to useless in all but the largest bases. I'm sure it's useful in ORD.

I haven’t found it useful at all. I’ve proffered for trips and had them given to junior pilots because they were in a different bucket. All it seems to do is make sure trips don’t go to 150% and are given to reserve pilots instead
