I find it odd they would rather deadhead ORD crews twice to fly a 7/900 trip rather than just have ATL crews do it.

It means OO isn't going to get any more 700/900 ATL flying and ATL will not grow much. That's the impact.

They never said the 10 more 900’s were getting were going to ATL. They said DTW/MSP....

He\she was saying more 175 NYC flying for OO awhile 9E would do more ATL flying

Exactly. Our last two vacancies could fill six lines of Atlanta 900 flying. They aren't backfilling 900 captain vacancies in other bases, either, including in NYC.
