Default IAH CRJ New(ish) Hires?

Any new hires here that have gotten based at IAH, how long did it take you to hold a line at IAH?

Most junior FO in IAH hasnt finished IOE yet and everyone who could bid was given a line. As people finish IOE, they will be given reserve for the rest of November and all of December.

Your results may vary.

Bump.

Anybody know why IAH is all of a sudden so junior and how long it will last? Hoping to get in while I can, but don't start for about a month

Houston was very senior on the go side and a lot of those guys have recently upgraded. They have also let a few more in the last few months. No one knows what it will be like in 6 months but with the quick upgrade fos are bouncing to get that PIC time.

Also, opening DFW has helped IAH go more junior.
