It is really hard to believe your version of events. There has to be a reason he did that, call him up and then post on here your apology.
Also, dont assume he wants to work for Delta, not everyone wants to be a Submarine CPT. Also, why I am at it, the hat looks OK with the jacket but the hat with short sleeves and a tie is moronic. Short sleeves and ties are bad enough but you go FULL MORON with the hat. Never go full moron.

Oh, so not only are you BFF with Jerry Atkin, but you also have a direct line to the manager of hiring over a holiday weekend. Yep, sounds totally legit!
Everything you’ve done so far (if even true) is completely weird and quite honestly very unprofessional. You didn’t confront the pilot, you aren’t going through the proper channels (jumpseat chair), and then you make a post on an internet message board in some lame attempt to berate one of 4,000 pilots (or whatever SkyWest has).
If this was a scenario in the Delta interview, you would NOT pass it.

Yea, I agree. There’s way more to this one sided story than meets the eye. For one thing, the post was very vague. Hint: if you are going to tell a story, use some detail, otherwise it sounds fishy, and most people with a normal sense of skepticism will find it hard to believe your story. For another, never in my 27+ years in this business have I seen a pilot or FA or anybody ask a non rev to stop and “help” them with anything. It’s not a non rev’s responsibility. Not in any way.
I’m also very leery of the I-know-important-people bravado displayed by the OP, as well as the lack of adult maturity shown by publicly complaining on a message board about this dubious alleged infraction.

Me personally, I wouldn't give a crap. It would probably be a two minute convo in the flight deck and just go about my day. BUT.
