Anyone IAH based?

Anyone flying out of IAH that can attest to which CRJ’s they fly the most? 200/700/900? Can’t find any of that data anywhere

Majority of the flying is on the 700. There are a few 200 trips from time to time.

That's great to hear! I am between choosing DFW or IAH but I'd tip towards DFW if it was a lot of 200 flying. I like the 700 a lot

We are currently picking up a lot of ExpressJet slack this week in DFW because they are finishing their AA contract this week. It's all on spare blue tail 200s. If you're reserve you might be working a ton of 200 stuff. Or it might be gone by the time you get here and you'll never touch one. Who knows.

Houston also has a decent amount of 900 flying on the Delta side. 200 flying in IAH is new and it is also to cover Expressjet flying.

After a few months is it fairly easy to bid and get the 700/900?

IAH is mostly 7/900. There’s not much 200 flying in IAH at the moment.

How long is reserve typically at IAH currently?

Considering it’s a tiny base that really should be closed, it’s staffed by people who really don’t want to move and does not move much in terms of seniority. Reserve is going to be a lot longer there than other places if you even get in.

Same with DFW?
