Default Is it possible to get a second chance?

I unfortunately left training during SIM back in 2017 due to issues at home. I thought I left on acceptable terms.
No failures during ground. I have been out of commercial aviation for long time but I am current part 91, with ATP / CFII.

I attended a recent recruiting event and re-applied a week later online.
I have not had any response other then application received.

Suggestions for getting feedback from SKYW on whether there is anything I can fix?
Trying to not self inflict more damage.

I wouldn’t think it would be an issue. Give it a bit and then call or email SkyW hiring. Make sure they know you are 100% committed. Good luck!

Had someone in class behind me fail sim check and within month was hired by Skywest so I’d remain upbeat

Have you successfully completed a part 121 training program since your withdrawal? If not, you may want to consider completing one and get some line flying under your belt before you re-apply.

Huh? This is a regional. He doesn't need to go pass someone else's training program in order to come here. If that were the case I'd go to endeavor or republic and enjoy their better contracts and never look back.

If he withdrew from training after experiencing some difficulties (which is highly possible as many NHs need ad events ) , he may need to complete 121 training successfully to show there’s a reduced chance of history repeating itself (that he’s an increased risk to excess training costs).

Skywest is a regional, but its not bottom of the barrel at the moment...

Thanks for all the feedback.. I think anyone wanting to return would be
high risk, I am in that situation.

Looping through another 121 would no doubt be beneficial but at huge cost to family etc.
I fully understand the sacrifice people make in the industry.

SkyWest is the best option for me looking to have options on the west coast.
I have experienced how great the people / company are.

How senior is PSP base at Skywest? I live in Palm Springs and would love to have it as my base.
