Seniority is shown on the SkyWest career guide page,
PSP looks junior for CRJ FOs 12-12-2018

Junior to get in. Historically not junior to get into the top 50%, although that might be changing with sustained movement. The top third will either never upgrade, or not until their kids are out of the house.

This is the exact point I was trying to make. It would be silly to go that route.
