Interviewing soon. Any insight on questions they may ask and what I should focus on?

Know what every symbol on a Jepp chart means.
Brush up on basic IFR and 121 regs., and you'll do fine.

Question #1) Are you alive? Yes or no.

Question #2) What is this machine called?

Just joking. Like the first guy said, buy a subscription to aviationinterviews.com and review it.

I’m planning on going to one of those meet and greets where they do on site interviews. All it said is they just want you to apply before you go. What else can I expect there? Is it a full on interview or more relaxed?

A bit more relaxed compared to a full interview, but don't let that stop you from being fully prepared.

Recruiters/HR are extremely nice, and they make you feel great. HR portion, technical and depending on a couple things, maybe a scenario with another candidate. (No scenario for me).
