I think outside opinions and perspective is a healthy aspect to have, many pilots here live in a bubble.
A lot of new pilots here think they can enjoy the brotherhood of the profession and don't understand how many of the 98% of other industry pilots look at us, that outside look is important!
They are fed that we are looked upon as one of the best regionals, when for some upwards movements it's costing that new employment.
That forward look, I think, is intentionally thwarted by the company.
Not sure, just speculation?

The company doesn't really care either way. They'll go through the motions to resist but it's really not a huge deal for them. They'll enjoy any advantage they get from a union free shop while it lasts.

As long as it's constructive.
I've done the full gamut, OO and ALPA at the regional and major level. Reality is it doesn't matter in the slightest what other pilots think of OO, as long as you don't cross any picket lines. Last time that was an issue was COMAIR, and the company allowed pilots to opt out of anything that was declared struck work.

Yes, agree.
Just healthy banter?

Kitty cat, my question was directed at him specifically, not as a "let's get a crowd response" about it. The previous thread(s) turned into a Jerry Springer episode with a bombardment of opinions coming from every Tom, Dick, and Harry. You have zero need to worry about a question I asked him. My request was an A B conversation, but thank you for your concern.

Mercys Ghost - not a pilot for anyone

As previously stated, your line of questions has been answered time and time again. You just keep repetitively changing the narrative when you get the answers you don’t like. Again, there is no need for your indefinite loop of distraction. You just don’t like being called out on it.
We get it, you see a union as hurting your stock price. You appear to be a OO stockholder. It’s acknowledged at this time. Now it’s time for you to acknowledge that you are not a pilot, you have no interest in the pilots at OO advancing their interest via collective bargaining, and you could care less what happens to them so long as your stock value is protected.
There, now you can disappear.

For starters - I don’t take “kitty cat” as an offense. Also, you expect a personal conversation in an open internet forum? If that is the case, why don’t you just PM him?

Three different screen names? Which names have I used?
I have not hid what I am at all. So, as far as me not "liking it", I am not quite sure what that means.
