ALPA Drive 2.0
I think this is an important topic to keep going. But it will need to be constructive, debate OK, but keep it civil. Most especially if you don't work for OO, go bash them somewhere else.

Its comments like this which makes me want to understand what some people are looking for in a regional? Sure we are non union, but we have some things other regionals don't have. Some have stuff we don't have. We are higher paid than many who are ALPA/Teamsters. We finally make a living wage, But our business model doesn't support legacy pay. Sure would i love a paycheck like DL? absolutely. And with good luck that will happen one day. But in the current regional industry I am finally happy with my pay....as and FO
sure we may lack a couple bucks here and there but why do some people want it all or nothing? I am convinced if we were offered $10 more across the entire pay scale some would still B**ch about it.
To be clear I am not heavily for or against unionizing, but don't understand the mentality of some.

I won't bother responding. There's pages of information on the other thread that you choose to ignore. I thought maybe this thread would be reserved for the adults. Guess I was mistaken.

Asked you an honest question, and you respond with an insult? Who is the one not acting like an adult here?

I have read the other threads, but I would like to have a direct discussion with you about it. Other threads became an absolute dumpster fire. Being completely decent with you.

Your question has been asked and answered numerous times in the other thread. There is no need to go in endless circles with you about this anymore.
