Default Jumpseat Contact

I recently tried to JS out of GTR and the agent couldn't get my picture to appear in the CASS system. I've made a request through my company's JS coordinator but would also like to work the OO end as well. Can someone PM the OO JS contact's info?

BTW, I've never had a problem with CASS and JSing before, not even when WN's system blew up.

That station Delta connection is handled by G2- secure staff (not even sure who that is?)

SkyWest it’s self has not “reservation/Cass system”. Its up to who ever works the “gate” (DL,UA,G2 ect...)

Your Jumpseat coordinator would have the OO contact. But you may need to let him know G2- secure staff. handles that station...

Ive had this happen recently too, the agent had to change computers then it worked.

She tried that and the second terminal still returned a red x for my CASS photo.

The gate agents ability, or in some cases inability, can really make or break the jumpseat from one airline to another.

Yep.. it’s unfortunate that all Jumpseat agreements are in the hands of some third party part time gate agent... ( for the most part there are no issues. But when there is. It ruins your week)

Yep, had a CASS issue once so had to rent a one way rental car and drive to a bigger airport an hour a half away. Quite the pain.

Back to the original question, does OO have a JS committee, and is there a contact I can reach out to, to try to solve this problem?

There is a SAPA JS Rep, you will need to go through your own airline’s JS Rep to initiate any contact. Sorry, but I’m going to out any real names or contacts on this forum.
