Online interview soon
Would appreciate your golden feed on this:
Q1. Got an online interview soon, they sent me loads of documents to study on, do you have to memorize or know it all? Q2. Do you recommend aviation interview. Com aline as a credible and good source to depend on to pass the interview Q3. Would they actually fail me if I didn't have all the answers to their questions Thank you in advance |

Wouldn't say "loads". They sent you recommended reading materials Like The illustrated guide to aerodynamics, and the Jepp manual. So why memorize it and not learn it? 2. Aviation interviews is GOLD 3. I don't think its a pass/fail. Just know your stuff. |
Thank you for the feed

What is this online interview ? Is this being done instead of an in-person interview at company HQ

One word of advice, wear pants. Seriously.
I heard - and this may just be one of those great urban legends - that a candidate or two who have done one of these online things dressed up the top half but were wearing shorts/nothing on the lower half, figuring the camera would only see the top side. At some stage the interviewer asked that the interviewee gather a document and when they stood up to get it and not thinking first about it...boom...their lack of effort in dressing for the job cost them said job... Again, maybe an urban legend but still a great story... But really. Wear pants. Good luck! |

Wondering the same thing. Anyone know? Last I talked to the recruiter interviews were still being done in person.

I wouldn't say you need to memorize, but I'd think a basic understanding of all would help. If you don't know the answer, don't guess. Admit you are unsure and that goes a long way.
I really want to make Skywest but I also don't want to torture myself into studying loads of references and what they would probably ask is a few of tell me about a time and personality questions. |
