Question New-Hire Onboarding Fiascos

Hey guys I'm a conditional new-hire trying to bumble my way through the online hiring tasks: I can't provide a PRIA employer "employment end date" for the many fields that require it, since I'm still working at my current 121 (don't wanna jump off one lily-pad until the next one is close/sure enough). What did others do in same situation? I know, I know, and please feel free to bombard me with your typical comments of being the most profound kind of fool and joining the worst company since Satan himself, but after that maybe throw me a bone with something I can use... thanks....

I think the quickest way to find out would be to use the email provided on the skywest online web. I'm sure it happens all the time. When is your class?

Yeah that's the email. Either that or that 3rd company in charge of processing the forms, they should be able to help.

Just put “currently employed” or if it requires a date, put today’s date or a future date if it allows. Don’t over think it.
