The ERJ does EGE out of DEN. That's DMA.

There is E175 DMA for EGE out of DEN. They'll usually have you flying JAC, SUN, and OTH as well.

Do it while you can, at the majors it's mostly long-downwind ILS/visuals to big flat airports. Yawn.

It's my understanding too that landings are also Captain only

Yes, captain only landings, but the FO’s also need the special qualification training.

There are also about 8 other airports that are captain only landing but do not need an FO with a checkout.

Captain only landings? Like, as in "100ft" "my controls" and capt. lands? Or Capt always flies the DMA legs?

Captain always flies the DMA legs. In theory, the captain could let the FO fly most of the leg but the captain does the whole approach and landing. But keep in mind, the FO is an integral part of the approach and has their own role from the beginning of the approach all the way through the missed approach. Hence why both need to attend the special training.

There are actually approximately 10 airports that are captain only landing, and the captain does the whole approach.
