You “pick” your base. Meaning there are some bases so senior only people that flew the Metros are captains

Depends on how long you sit as an FO for. To get the base you originally chose it could take as little as 3 years of being an FO where you're at to hold it as a Captain.

no forced upgrades at Skywest. if you take first upgrade expect ATL or DTW and at least another year (prob 1.5-2 years) before DEN. If COS is an option it is a little more jr on the CA side. you can delay upgrade as long as you want, if being in DEN is important you can wait until you can hold DEN CA before upgrade.

I flew 60 hours in July and August. 24 hours so far in September. I proffer as often as possible. I’m on the ERJ.

Thanks for the info. Do you happen to know if CRJ Reserves get more or less hours than you? I think if I go to Skywest that’s probably what I’ll try to bid.

Reserves in ORD and DTW get used pretty much everyday. Denver not quite as much but plenty. DFW definitely used the least of the bunch because the reserve staffing is super high.

Since may i have done the following credit/block hours
May 123.57/93.49
June 107.30/78.02
July 93.49/53.45
August 143.19/80.56
September (so far) 96.04/73.13
