United decided on a new system and didn't come to an agreement with SkyWest, Republic, and Mesa. The new system drops SkyWest's priority significantly. a

United ALPA has declared that we don't have a valid jumpseat agreement with them. SAPA is saying the same as well, though for different reasons.
