Chance at being LAX based

Hi all-

Is it possible to get LAX at your base right out of class (with a low SS# and cadet)? CRJ or ERJ doesn't matter to me, but have a house and family in LA and wouldn't mind a longer reserve time if it meant I didn't have to commute.

TIA

It’s currently running about 8 months to get LAX on both the CRJ and ERJ.

LAX takes a little bit, but PSP is super junior on the CRJ side.

I would think the ERJ time will drop next year as the Compass carnage plays out.

ERJ LAX FO in training now... just awarded

When we're saying 8 months thats including date of hire. So 3 months in training and 4 or so months on reserve is a LOT better than what it used to be.

They just awarded a handful of new hires LAX for ERJ so it shouldn’t take long at all.

West coast ERJ will be blowing up in 2020. It won’t take long to get based out there.
