Skype Interview
I may be reposting something that has been discussed and I apologize in advance if so.
Anyone done the Skype interview here? Have a buddy who is interviewing and wondering what to expect? Mine was an interview at a job fair, so I know that specific scenario.
If you have any input on what they will want to know on the Skype portion, it’s appreciated! Thanks!

I had the Skype interview about 3 weeks ago. Just follow the interview gauge that's available. There are no CRM questions. I'd say the emphasis is on 91.175, why skywest, V1, critical engine, AC/DC electrical, aircraft speeds in regards to holding and class of airspace, and the turbine engine. I'm sure there is more. Just follow the gauge.

Pretend that your having technical difficulties witht with the connection. Get the interviewer frustrated with the whole setup and try to waste as much of his time as you can on re-booting and re-connecting. Act like you can't hear anything they say. The pilots doing these interviews hate doing them and they just want to get them over with so they can get back to their hotel (or home) and have a drink. You'll get hired if you act professional through it all.
