^This. Timing is everything because yes junior FOs made SLC and are quite happy BUT, you’re trying to forecast way far out... no one has that information even the recruiters haha.
They’ll lie to you. And the interviewers will lie, stay plugged into these forums and you have a chance with where the movement currently is.
I suspect that the junior ERJ FOs will be in ORD-SFO-BOI and maybe PDX.. but that one will only last a few months after March arrivals of Compass 175s.
The Compass 175s we’re getting now are changing the entire 175 game...
The current focus for the next three months is MSP arrivals.

Are you referencing Compass' 175 flying in the contract they lost with Delta? Or are you saying that Skywest is acquiring their actual airplanes?

There are 8 (if I remember correctly) actual airplanes coming over. But they are DL owned and previously operated by CPZ. I assume the other go to Republic - out east.

The reasoning is that not all of the GJO CRJ 700 were in good enough shape to go to EDV as expected, so EDV is receiving 7 of the atmosphere 900 (DL owned) that were originally expected at SKW.
Anyone’s tinfoil hat guessing here is as good as on the other forms, but what we’ve been told is that as RPA increases their NYC flying it’ll be the exit for SKW from the NYC market, and those planes will work their way west to staff the new flying from CPZ.

That was the deal / agreement from the get go.
The consolidation to three operators have been in the making for quite some time - and was even announced by Bastian a while back with YouTube evidence up for a short period.
the SKYW NY operation was temporary from day one and will wind down soon.
