Link doesn’t work but recent RSR report said CRJ 700s were covering some flying out of SEA for 6 months and will be staffed by SLC crews.

Correct. I don’t know the reasons behind it, whether it’s an OO-needed swap for mtc or something else, but DL marketing does have the RJ7 running all of the SEA-SNA and one or two SEA-GEG/PSC this summer.

We at DAL in SEA stunned by this as it was narrative those planes would never touch SEA again and it Connx would be strictly ES5 or ES0 going forward.

Something to do with the overhaul of the OO network from all over to mostly west? You’d think they could find some lesser markets in Midwest where a RJ7 could run for a E75 and out that better plane out west.

Little known fact, Galileo was actually imprisoned for suggesting the solar system didn’t revolve around DL’s SEA operation.

just like they said they would be down to under 50 CRJ200’s. Ha.. there bringing more back. And possibly Internet on them...Airline business changes. You should never Definitively say 700’s will never touch SEA again..because we all know its a chess game.. Im Sure the 700’s are filling in the summer gaps where they can deploy the E175’s- A220’s elsewhere... Does DL honestly want to go head to head SEA-GEG with AS using a A220. Or fly that SEA-ANC and pick off cruise ship pax...

I know the 700 is exempted from something in SNA or was that LGB? could be landing slots or fees.

it is landing fees - I think the gross is limited to 74999 or something like that. Higher fees at 75K

Long Beach is slot restricted, of which some are "commuter" slots, which IIRC, the CR7 falls under.
