I heard ORD March target lines for the ERJ did not decrease for the first time in awhile in the last bidding period. Also, a very senior captain mentioned his mgmt connections told him at least some of the new American 175s are likely going there, so hopefully it doesn’t close. Im trying to get ORD to avoid commuting, right now stuck commuting to reserve in MSP. Im likely going to get a line in MSP next month, but I think Id rather sit reserve in ORD and be able to drive to work than commute to MSP to hold a line. What do you guys think?

Oh wow that is awesome movement! Reserve probably wouldn’t be too much longer than the crj anyways.

There are also opening on the job listing page for ORD hanger MX positions.. I could see more 175’s shifting west for UA but keeping the ORD base about the same size...

- New, multi-year agreement to fly 25 additional E175 aircraft for United
- These aircraft are in the 70-seat configuration, including 12 in First Class
- The first aircraft will enter service in April with the rest being in service by end of Q1 next year
- We expect to fly these aircraft primarily out of Houston (IAH) and Chicago (ORD)
