Overstaffed...

TTG’s most recent email sounds like the fat is about to be cut.

Sell the drama man! He’s just saying if anyone wants trips off they could do so. I think he feels bad about all the times we couldn’t drop trips and is trying to makeup for it now..

Really...
Time will tell.

This virus sure has brought out the drama queens. Skywest applied for and is going to take the grant money. One of the conditions of the grant money is that they can’t furlough until October 1. Jobs are going to be safe here until at least then.

I didn't read it that way either, it sounds like a small excess on a few days of the month so they are offering people the option for additional days off if they so desire. Only thing I couldn't figure out is what days and what bases have excess staffing.

Nothing more than that in the email as far as I can see?

how did you get that out of it!!??? Basicly offering more time off if you want it, based off of having over the required reserve staffing the rest of the month...

Having taken the money I thought they couldn't really cut any fat until October.

This is a wild ride.
