Hello all. This is my first post. I have a sim training date in the ERJ-175 January 4th in Denver. I have been emailing the recruiter for an earlier date to no avail. This is a far reach, but any chance someone has an earlier date than January but would prefer a later date? If so, it could be possible to trade. Has anyone had success with this before?

Waitlisted...
Long time listener first time caller!
Interviewed on the 18th and got the call with a CJO on the 22nd. Excited to be joining the team! I received ERJ class date of April 26th. I only choose ERJ because it had an earlier class date. CRJ earliest class was May 17th. Both equipment seem to be pretty junior for MSP base which is what I want so I chose the earliest class date. I was informed that I could be waitlisted for an earlier class. I have just a couple more hour requirements to finish up for ATP mins. The recruiter said that I could swap to CRJ if it had a shorter waitlist once I have my mins completed.
Question to the hive is are new hires actually being pulled from the waitlists? Are we having a lot of no shows to classes or people dropping? I am just curious as to what the chances of actually getting into a sooner class would be by being on the waitlist.
Overall the interview process was great and look forward to flying with you all!

Not too many are dropping classes.
Don’t expect a call, but if one does actually reach your phone, you should plan on being ready to get on a flight the next day.

Assuming one is qualified (approximately within 3-5 months of reaching mins) then after applying the wait for an interview invite ranges from 1-7 business days. Following the interview, a call with a CJO usually comes within 1-5 business days. In other words, sometimes the answer is same day, sometimes up to a week delay. A lot of it depends on when your app hits the queue.

CA Upgrade Rqmts
Will someone share the current hours guidance to be eligible for CA upgrade? More specifically part 121 time needed with SkyWest. I guess also a first year monthly flying average guess for 2022.
Thanks in advance
