But diagonal upgrades happen and sometimes it's just what you need to do. Hardest would probably be jets to props, and then vice versa. Jet to jet is easier in general, and newer jets tend to be easier than older designs.
Don't take anything for granted, and work hard. Don't get lulled into complacency by the study habits of the people upgrading in their own equipment.

Always true, and always ideal to upgrade on your current equipment or at least something you've flown before (if it's your first upgrade).

The school house is overwhelmed with COVID sick calls at the moment, so training is a little bit chaotic. They’re doing the best they can with the resources they have. Weird times right now!
