SkyWest in the last 4 years has hired a ton of mid 20’s guys and gals.. Nothing is going to keep them for going to a major or LLC… whats hurting OO is the senior guys bailing at the same time…This is the issue they need to fix.. OO has no shortage of people wanting in the door.

Just saw on my news feed the DOT had denied the request to drop the proposed EAS flying until such time that a replacement carrier can be found to cover the flying. Be interesting to see how this all works out now, who has the extra capacity right now to take this on?
