Surprising since SkyWest claims that taking care of people is one of their top priorities.

I totally get it that in this dynamic industry they can make no promises on various timelines and obviously cannot give out predictions to hang your hat on, but someone at some level of management could at least reach out with a well crafted email and explain to folks what’s going on.
This is gold coming from you. You hadn't even stepped on property yet and started lecturing SkyWest pilots on being positive. Only after a few months of training, and you still haven't flown the line, you’re *****ing about the lack of communication. Just wait until you get reflowed off a good overnight you specifically bid for... TFAYD...

Btw, shout out to ever did this.

A few people talked to the coordinators and supposedly there is another email going out this coming week from the training department that will shed some light on what's going on and what we can expect

That is correct, should be coming from either Logan or someone else in management

Thx. I can get real ****y about this company ya know. The new pay package should be done. Yesterday. When OO CA are making 150/hour it’ll change the dynamic. It’s a screwy few months right now. Short term.
And if you think going to an ULCC to get to Delta…. good fing luck. Step one was temp metering from her regionals. What do you think the ole’ girl does to those who left her regionals for a yellow bus when they show up on the front door after these couple months of madness is over.
The loyal WILL get rewarded. I get tired of hearing how a 135/frontier pilot will get to delta before me. They’ve never logged in to flight family once. Ahem, ahem Delta management.

Still- PAY YOUR FREAKING CA CC!!! They are the blood in the veins of your Air Force. Open the checkbook.

Except the LCC pilots are getting picked up while OO pilots are getting metered/ not even picked for interviews. Legacy carriers owe you nothing. Get out of here with the loyalty nonsense
