Meaning: Thanks For All You Do

A term used when you know someone is being screwed over and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Given by Russell 'Chip' Childs.

Background: A previous coined phrase in his feel good letters to employees at bonus time, ground-breaking news letters, or profit distribution by management to 401k's.

Example: “You were assigned back to back three days with only ten hours between the two? That sucks. TFAYD”

I’ve seen multiple threads with complaints about QOL, reserve rules, Captain pay, training delays, SAPA and the worse moral killer of them all… Crew Scheduling.

I figured it would be appropriate to consolidate all your complaints to one thread.
