Skywest or Mesa?

I live in central Florida, have offers from both and would be commuting. Mesa is $10/hour more but I do not want to decide just on the $. The trip and duty rigs seem better at Skywest as Mesa does not seem to have any. The commute to probable bases seem pretty similar. Any pluses or minuses from the pilot group here would be much appreciated

A year ago, we wouldn't be having this conversation. But I am curious to hear how the morale is after the pay raise? Mesa starts at $10 more per hour. Is the QOL that much better at Sky West than Mesa? I'm pretty sure Skywest is more stable and has a better training program. But I am just curious to hear some honest feedback from the pilot group on this.

working for regionals would be preferential to working for allegiant. There is a reason no one goes there and they are now relying on Australian visas
