Pathway Programs

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know of any other pathway programs besides Skywest, that do not require you to be at a larger partner college with them? I am currently at a part 61 school, and getting my aviation degree at our community college, but they do not have any partnerships with anyone.

Do not sign up for the Pathways Program. You will be locked in for two years from IOE and will be required to pay the total they paid (even though taxes were taken out) when you get hired at another airline. Locking yourself in these days is insane. There are no perks otherwise.

OO’s pathway program doesn’t lock you into anything. Just guaranteed interviews for F/O and seniority. Unless they reimburse tuition, then you will have signed that separate contract. For example I’m in the program, and never opted to receive reimbursement, so I am not under any obligation to stay.
