Yea, it was on Aero Crew News's page a few hours ago. It said they filed to form a labor union with the DOL and had a link to the documentation. But it looks like like they have removed the post.

I saw the same story and looked at the forms filed with the DOL, aerocrew jumped the gun again with a story and posted the article without knowing everything. I spoke to someone in SAPA for a little clarity. They filed financial disclosure forms with the DOL, not forms to form a union. They filed them as a labor representative group, which you can be without being a union.
And for all those that see the rumors on the facebook forums, no, it doesn't appear that we are going to have to start paying dues like everyone is freaking out about on the facebook pages.
