SkyWest initial training CRJ
Could anyone share details as to which CRJ model a newhire is expected to learn? I assume the -200, but since the 700 and 900 are in the fleet, they could expect you to know that AC and use differences training for the 200.

Try posting your question in the SkyWest forum and you will likely get more responses. I once upon a time flew all three CRJ models for another company and they had us learn the 200 model. SkyWest may do it differently. Either way, it's not a problem until you get your foot in the door at which point they will tell you what to study.

All initial training is based on the 200. The ground school is all 200 specific, and your PV, MV, KV, and LOE will all be in the 200 training devices/sims. After you take your LOE, you will be scheduled for differences training, which is one day of classroom, and one session in the 700 sim…..
