Indirectly yes. More pilots puts them in better position to win RFP's = more growth= faster movement..

No it just means you have more people behind you. In order for your seniority to move up, someone ahead of you has to leave.

Yeah, they won't if they think it's as bad as some people make it out to be. Don't cut your nose off to spite your face. Not a perfect place, but it's much better than most other regionals out there.
